From Press Upload to Press Forward.
One year. One idea. One woman building a whole world of stories — characters, chaos, comedy and everything in between.
You know the characters. Now meet the creator.
For the first year, WahalaWitGrace was largely a one-woman operation: planning, writing, character development, acting, recording, production, editing, posting and promotion.
This documentary pulls the curtain back — not with a polished “success story”, but with the real journey behind the scenes.
01 — The idea
A simple but unusual creative idea became the beginning of WahalaWitGrace.
02 — The characters
One performer became many characters — and eventually those characters started behaving like they owned the place.
03 — The audience
Real people share their reactions, support the work and reveal what it looks like when a private creative experiment starts travelling beyond the creator.
04 — Year Two
The door is opening wider: collaboration, support, new possibilities and a bigger world of stories.
The characters are still here.
Meet the world they came from, then watch the anniversary live for the more personal story behind Year One.
We can bond with You here too ❤️👇
